The contract you are entering into is
to hire a holiday chalet in Hunstanton for holiday purposes only.
Prices
- all the prices shown are for each full week and various discounts
apply to these prices for shorter breaks, consecutive weeks & concessionary rates. A full week runs from Saturday 2pm
to Saturday 10am as this will give us the opportunity to clean the accommodation. A 10% deposit is required
at the time of booking and the balance payment is due 28 days before the start date of your holiday. Any
bookings made less than 28 days prior to the start date must be paid in full.
Your
party – we expect
that the person signing the booking form will be 21 years old or over & will take full responsibility for the rest of
their party. The total number in your party should not be more than the number on booking form although. If
in our opinion any person behaves in an unacceptable way, the whole party will be asked to leave and we will re-take possession
of the accommodation immediately.
Pets - are allowed but a charge of £20 per pet per stay may be
applied.
Refundable Bond – we reserve the right to charge a bond of £50 to cover
any damages or losses that occur to the property during your stay that you were responsible for. The bond
is refunded at the end of your stay on return of the keys if on inspection no damage has been caused.
Responsibility
- it is your responsibility to keep the property secure during your stay and we accept no liability for any theft, damage or loss to you
or your belongings during your stay. Owner’s rights - we have the right to enter the premises whenever required to deal with
any urgent repairs or maintenance. We can not take responsibility for any matter outside our control.
Cancellation - if
you wish to cancel, you must do this as soon as possible but unfortunately, deposit payments are non-refundable. Balance payments
will be refunded up to 28 days prior to the start of your holiday.
Inventory - a full inventory is checked at the end
of each stay & any losses or damages will need to be rectified. We do not provide any bed linen, so
you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. Also, you’re own towels, teatowels, etc, as these
are not provided either.
At the end of your holiday - we would appreciate it if the accommodation is left as clean &
tidy as possible & that you take all your possessions with you.
Left
Items – should
items get left, please let us know and we will endeavour to get the items returned to you. Also, food items
that are left by previous guests are used at your own risk as we can not guarantee when they were purchased.
Return of Keys
– please return keys within 10 days of the end of your holiday We
do reserve the right to amend the pricing at any time & to refuse any booking application
